Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason
- Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your parcel
- Drop off at any authorised carrier location
If you checked out as a guest, contact us at returns@albirr.com with your order number and we will arrange the return for you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@albirr.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
